Returns and exchanges are easy! Click HERE and enter the email address associated with your order. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label.
Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase date.
Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. Pack up the item(s) you would like to return, place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS.
To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Unfortunately, Shirt of the Month Club & Mystery Boxes items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

SELECT A GENDER - just in case we have some female items available. However typically the product will be unisex.

- If you order more than one mystery merch within the same month, there is a chance you will receive the same item.
- If you order more than one of the same size, there is a chance you could receive the same item.
- If you order more than one mystery merch at the same time, items will ship in the same package, not separate.
- Mystery merch is not eligible for discount.
- Selecting the "female" option doesn't guarantee you a female product. Most of the time it will be unisex.
I got a Christ is King hoodie and it’s super comfy, and I also got a deluxe mystery box and I got a flannel jacket from it and it is SUPER warm and cozy, and incredibly soft. This was definitely a great purchase.
I’ve purchased probably 4-5 different mystery bags over the years. It is by far my favorite thing to buy from yeeyee. I like not knowing exactly what I’m gunna get especially when I can’t decide what I like most. And with the new releases every season it’s always a good surprise! This last round I ordered the premium bag and received the camo jacket! The jacket is awesome! I really enjoy it. I was so surprised that it was a mystery item! What a steal of a deal! But, unfortunately for me I had just bought the same jacket back in August for my birthday. So now I have 2 identical jackets. lol. But that’s the chance you take with a mystery item. This is probably the first time I’ve been bummed about what I received. Which is crazy because it’s such an awesome item!
