Returns and exchanges are easy! Click HERE and enter the email address associated with your order. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label.
Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase date.
Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. Pack up the item(s) you would like to return, place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS.
To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Unfortunately, Shirt of the Month Club & Mystery Boxes items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

This is the King Ranch edition of mystery merch. You'll get an item/ items that retail for $100 or more. This is your chance to try out some of our highest quality gear without breaking the bank.
Everything in the Yee Yee Mystery Merch is sold as-is and is not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
SELECT A SIZE - just in case it's a shirt.
SELECT A GENDER - just in case we have some female items available. However typically the product will be unisex.
Note:
- If you order more than one mystery merch within the same month, there is a chance you will receive the same item.
- If you order more than one of the same size, there is a chance you could receive the same item.
- If you order more than one mystery merch at the same time, items will ship in the same box, not separate.
- Mystery merch is not eligible for discount.
- Selecting the "female" option doesn't guarantee you a female product. Most of the time it will be unisex.
Wasn't sure what to expect, but my Deluxe Mystery Merch turned out to be a great jacket which is definitely worth more then what I spent.
So happy with the jacket that I just placed a order for the other Mystery Mech selection. Looking forward to another nice surprise.
