ChestWrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping it level with the floor.

SleeveThis one is the shirt itself, measured from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff. It's not measured from the back of the neck.

LengthAlso the shirt itself, measured from the top of the shoulder by the collar down to the bottom hem.

I’m typically a medium. Got the large for some extra room and the intent of some shrinkage. Returned and got a medium and fits great. Love the material and stretch. Truly one of the best flannels.
