Returns and exchanges are easy! Click HERE and enter the email address associated with your order. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label.
Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase date.
Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. Pack up the item(s) you would like to return, place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS.
To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Unfortunately, Shirt of the Month Club & Mystery Boxes items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

SELECT A SIZE - just in case it's a shirt.
SELECT A GENDER - just in case we have some female items available. However typically the product will be unisex.
Note:
- If you order more than one mystery merch within the same month, there is a chance you will receive the same item.
- If you order more than one of the same size, there is a chance you could receive the same item.
- If you order more than one mystery merch at the same time, items will ship in the same package, not separate.
- Mystery merch is not eligible for discount.
- Selecting the "female" option doesn't guarantee you a female product. Most of the time it will be unisex.
My 8yr old son and I absolutely love watching the videos on YT and Fred is our favorite so when the FREE FRED tshirts came out we had to order them. Went ahead and selected a mystery merch item to complete our purchase and had a pretty positive experience overall.
Shipping was faster then a Bullet ;)
Youth size Free Fred tshirt was a little on the smaller fit side and in hindsight I wish I purchased my 8yr old (average height/weight) a large size instead of Med because it will not fit him for long.
The mystery merch shirt and adult Free Fred shirt ended up fitting me as I had hoped.
● My only complaint is I would have loved a slightly better quality fabric with a little more weight to it. Does feel fairly thin and the design per my kiddo you can feel through the fabric which he isnt a fan of.
