Returns and exchanges are easy! Click HERE and enter the email address associated with your order. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label.
Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase date.
Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. Pack up the item(s) you would like to return, place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS.
To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Unfortunately, Shirt of the Month Club & Mystery Boxes items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

This is the King Ranch edition of mystery merch. You'll get an item/ items that retail for $100 or more. This is your chance to try out some of our highest quality gear without breaking the bank.
Everything in the Yee Yee Mystery Merch is sold as-is and is not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
SELECT A SIZE - just in case it's a shirt.
SELECT A GENDER - just in case we have some female items available. However typically the product will be unisex.
Note:
- If you order more than one mystery merch within the same month, there is a chance you will receive the same item.
- If you order more than one of the same size, there is a chance you could receive the same item.
- If you order more than one mystery merch at the same time, items will ship in the same box, not separate.
- Mystery merch is not eligible for discount.
- Selecting the "female" option doesn't guarantee you a female product. Most of the time it will be unisex.
I got over 900 dollars worth and love it all
It definitely wasn't the greatest item that I have received especially since there was only one item (shirt). I feel like when someone orders a deluxe mystery pack along with other items with that order then the people who are choosing merch should try to differentiate the items that are mystery with the ones that they ordered. It would make the experience more enjoyable and have more of a variety of items from your brand.
I added the Mystery Merch to bump my order over the min for free shipping. What received was well worth the extra $12.
BTW, the vest on the main order was of outstanding quality.
