We live near L.A. where patriotic shirts are cause for riots, pedantic eye rolls, and constant dirty looks from middle-aged women wearing red framed eyeglasses.
Sure we’re brave, but not as brave as the man who stands up to grizzlies in Anchorage. That man feeds our courage, that man is who we think of when we scurry back to our SUV to avoid being rammed by a Prius.
