Poor communication skills

Ordered a shirt a hat and some stickers with shipping roughly around $140 CAN. UPS wanted $77 CAN for customs/fees at my door step I told USP to return it to sender as that’s ridiculous. I send an email to YEE YEE telling them of my situation all I got was “Unfortunately we do not handle duties & taxes. That is something your country charges, not us :(

That’s not the replay I was looking for. I was hoping to hear “ that sucks Mike will talk to UPS as WE supplied the shipping service and try to set you up with a refund”. That would’ve been the appropriate response, For the future when shipping to Canada don’t use UPS use USpost. I’m sure with USPS it would have been roughly around 20 bucks tops.
